Boursin Deviled Eggs
serves 4
Ingredients
12 ea eggs, hard-poiled, cooled and shelled
1 C Garlic and Fine Herbs Boursin cheese
1/3 C Greek yogurt
1 T smoked paprika
3 T minced chives
Instructions
Remove the egg yolks and mix with cheese and yogurt until creamy and smooth. Season to taste.
Fill the egg whites with the yolk-cheese mixture, garnish with smoked paprika and minced chives.
Serve chilled.
